Faculty Development
I will act as a writing consultant for your faculty, providing support for faculty writing projects including but not limited to articles, books, book proposals, book chapters, external grants, and external fellowships. Feedback and guidance is available for all stages of a project.
I am also happy to discuss customizable faculty development offerings such as writing retreats, faculty support groups, and speaking engagements.
Holistic Support Sessions
Academia can be a solitary and isolating endeavor, but it doesn't have to be that way. Whether you're grappling with a tough decision or require steady support and accountability, my holistic support services are designed to provide the confidential, one-on-one assistance you need.
Ghostwriting for Non-Academics
Think of me, your ghostwriter, as an all-in-one personal guide, writer, technical editor, and thought partner for your passion project(s). As a developmental editor and ghostwriter, my job is to help guide you in the writing development process and on your journey– I will meet you WHEREVER you are, no judgment, only support.

First, reach out to me and schedule your free discovery call, where we’ll discuss your needs and the number of hours that would be appropriate for your project.

Based on our conversation, I will create a custom proposal for you, and then you’ll sign your contract and take care of your invoice to make things official.

Our work together begins with a getting-to-know-you session, where we’ll set some goals and strategize how we’ll use your remaining hours. Some projects require more consultation hours, while others more asynchronous editing on my part.

As we approach the end of our time together, I will touch base to see how you’d like to use your remaining hours. It may be time to wrap things up, or you may decide to continue working together depending on your individual needs and goals.

Is your work with clients confidential?
It absolutely is. I understand the politics of academia firsthand, and so confidentiality is my top priority. I aim to foster a safe space of support.
Do you accept institutional funds?
Absolutely! At least half of my clients use institutional funds (grant funding, start-up funds, professional development funds) to pay for my services. Leave the institutional paperwork to me.
Do you have a sample of a client's writing?

Do you offer ghostwriting services?
Yes, I offer ghostwriting services for non-academics only. Contact me for more details.

Do you offer payment plans?
I offer payment plans for clients who are paying out-of-pocket. Most packages come with options of up to 12 monthly payments.
Do you work with clients whose first language is not English?
Absolutely! My first language is Spanish and I got my start in and found my love for editing when my mom went back to college in her 40s as a mother of six. I edited ALL of her papers and am proud to say we both graduated from college the same year. I've also worked with hundreds of non-native-speaking students, academics, and clients.
